The Municipal Bureau of Commerce continues to promote the learning, publicity and education activities themed "Meet the grand event, build loyalty, strong responsibility and create performance", to help enterprises to rescue the practical affairs, and help the second-hand car export to expand the scale, improve the quality and efficiency. By the end of July, the city exported 1,043 used cars, up 3.7 times year on year, and the export amount was 29.96 million US dollars, up 8.49 times year on year.

According to understand, to enhance the level of second-hand car exports facilitation, city business bureau and customs, taxation, public security and other 15 member units of the joint meeting of second-hand car exports mutual coordination, upper and lower linkage, address used new energy automobile export tax rebates, simplify the temporary vehicle license plate problems such as process, to ensure that enterprises enjoy the dividend policy, promotes the market healthy and orderly development. At the same time, the Haijia commercial vehicle roll-off terminal of Tianjin Port will be put into operation to increase the annual handling capacity of Tianjin Port by 500,000 commercial vehicles and further meet the needs of used car export enterprises.

The Municipal Bureau of Commerce has also done a good job in service supervision and formulated and implemented the Interim Measures on the Administration of Second-hand Car Export of Tianjin. At present, the number of second-hand car export enterprises in Tianjin has increased to 10. The government service and supervision information platform for second-hand car export has been launched, and all exported second-hand cars have formed electronic files, realizing closed-loop management of vehicles. The platform also opens accounts for the banking financial institutions that provide credit support for domestic car collection, and learns the credible data of domestic car collection in real time, so as to realize the symmetry of information exchange between banking financial institutions and enterprises and reduce the financing cost of enterprises.

In addition, we will actively play the role of bridge to expand the export of second-hand cars to the international market. Coordinated the Tianjin Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Tianjin Second-hand Automobile Export Association, organized second-hand automobile export enterprises to connect resources online with the embassies of Uzbekistan and Mongolia. In the first half of this year, 131 second-hand automobiles were exported to Uzbekistan, accounting for 17.2% of the total export volume. We will hold meetings on second-hand car export financial services, publicize second-hand car export policies to financial institutions, and further provide financial support needed by enterprises in the process of car collection in China.
