The Bureau of Commerce strives to take the export of second-hand cars as an opportunity to release the vitality of new trade forms

In order to open up a new blue sea of second-hand car export to Russia, recently, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce organized foreign trade enterprises in our city to hold a forum for second-hand car export enterprises, to do a good job in the preliminary market research and related preparations for the pilot application of second-hand car at Manzhouli Port, and strive for the policy to be successfully implemented as soon as possible.

At the forum, the head of the Foreign trade Department of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce introduced the national second-hand car export policy and related requirements to enterprises, as well as the pilot application of second-hand car export in other regions. This paper mainly introduces the situation of applying for the pilot export of second-hand cars in our city and how to prepare for applying for pilot enterprises.

Many participants expressed their ideas, existing conditions, problems and follow-up plans for the export of second-hand cars. At present, Russia has a strong demand for second-hand cars, which has great market potential. Some enterprises in our city have gradually established domestic procurement channels and overseas sales networks, and prepared to build second-hand car export parks, and build quality testing and after-sales maintenance systems. The foreign trade enterprises attending the meeting expressed thanks to the municipal Bureau of Commerce for actively striving for the application of second-hand car export pilot, saying that this move boosted the confidence of foreign trade enterprises in our city to invest and start business.
