Export green transport solutions overseas

In the wave of automobile exports, the contribution of new energy vehicles is obviously not negligible. According to the latest data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, from January to September this year, China exported 825,000 new energy vehicles, an increase of 1.1 times year-on-year.

It is reported that our new energy vehicle companies' preferred export destinations include many "Belt and Road" co-construction countries. Byd, for example, as early as 2013, under the leadership of the Belt and Road Initiative, BYD has entered the ASEAN market and joined hands with local partners to promote the export of new energy passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

In 2022, BYD signed a land purchase agreement with Thailand's WHA Weihua Industrial Park to establish its first overseas electric vehicle factory in Thailand. In September this year, BYD announced the construction of a factory in Uzbekistan to produce electric vehicles.

At present, China's new energy vehicle enterprises in the "Belt and Road" to build the country's layout and deep cultivation, has already crossed the stage of product exports, and gradually realized the lead from technology to green energy transformation.

Baic Group insiders told the Securities Times reporter that in order to comply with the international green and low-carbon development trend, BAIC is committed to exporting "green transportation solutions" to the "Belt and Road" countries. Since the beginning of this year, BAIC Group has not only sold new energy vehicles in the process of going to sea, but also exported a complete set of power change solutions, including power change facilities.
