In the first half of this year, Tianjin exported 131 second-hand cars to Uzbekistan, accounting for 17.2% of the total exports.

In order to improve the level of second-hand car export facilitation, 15 relevant departments, including commerce, public security, customs and taxation, worked together to solve the problems of second-hand new energy car export tax rebate, simplify the process of handling temporary driving license plates, etc., to ensure that enterprises enjoy policy dividends and promote the healthy and orderly development of the market.
We will promote the operation of Tianjin Port's Haijia Ro Ro terminal for commercial vehicles, increase the annual throughput of 500000 commercial vehicles for Tianjin Port, and further meet the needs of second-hand car export enterprises.
At the same time, the government service and supervision information platform for second-hand car export has been launched. At present, 1599 second-hand cars that have been exported have all formed electronic archives, realizing the closed-loop management of each second-hand car exported.
The platform will open accounts for banking financial institutions that provide credit support in the domestic car collection process, master the trusted data of domestic car collection of enterprises in real time, achieve information interoperability and symmetry between banking financial institutions and enterprises, and reduce enterprise financing costs.
In addition, Tianjin has issued the first local administrative standard document for second-hand car export, the Interim Measures of Tianjin for the Administration of second-hand car export, which forms a dynamic adjustment mechanism for second-hand car export enterprises to introduce and cultivate interested enterprises, assess qualified enterprises year by year, and provide linkage support for alternative enterprises.
At present, the number of used car export enterprises in Tianjin has increased to 10, and the export scale of Xinhang, Shenglika and other new enterprises has reached hundreds.
In order to expand the international market of second-hand car export, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce coordinated CCPIT and Tianjin second-hand car export association, organized second-hand car export enterprises to connect resources with foreign embassies online, and held a second-hand car export financial service matchmaking meeting to publicize the national policies on second-hand car export to financial institutions, so as to further solve the flow of credit support required by enterprises in the domestic car collection process.
