In order to promote the development of second-hand car export business, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued the Notice on Supporting the Export of Second-hand Car business in mature areas (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) on April 29 this year, clarifying the relevant requirements and work tasks of the export of second-hand car.
