China's automobile export volume has surged
Since 2021, China's automobile exports exceeded 2 million for the first time, and reached 3,111,000 in 2022. So far this year, car exports have exceeded 4 million. According to data released by the General Administration of Customs, a total of 4.24 million vehicles were exported from January to October 2023, an increase of 62.4% year-on-year. Among them, China exported 530,000 vehicles in October, an increase of 49.8% year-on-year.
With the rapid growth of the current export volume, the transportation support from related enterprises is also continuing to follow up. On November 28, Ouyang Bing, general manager of the logistics industry development center of China Railway Materials Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "China Iron Material"), a Chinese logistics group, revealed at the second Automobile Overseas Export Forum that in order to meet the demand for cross-border vehicles of China-Europe railway trains, China Iron Material plans to launch a 40-foot special car container.
