Strong confidence stable economy to promote development Jining city in the first three quarters of used car exports increased significantly

Jining Customs actively exert its functional advantages to escort the export of second-hand cars for enterprises in its jurisdiction. In the first three quarters, Jining exported 2,708 used cars with a value of 350 million yuan, an increase of 183.26% and 250.47% year-on-year, respectively. The products are exported to Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Russia and Mongolia, and the number of commercial vehicle exports ranks first in the country.

In the work, Jining Customs timely provides relevant export enterprises with product foreign certification and technical trade measures risk early warning services to help avoid technical barriers and land in foreign markets. The Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly formulated the "Implementation Plan for Optimizing the Pilot work of Second-hand Car Export in Jining City" to encourage qualified enterprises to actively expand the second-hand car export business. Guide export enterprises to establish quality brand awareness, strengthen the supervision and management of second-hand car inspection and appraisal institutions, and strictly control the quality, appearance, safety and other technical indicators of export vehicles. Guide enterprises to use convenient measures such as "two-step declaration", provide inspection, certificate of origin issuance and other booking services, improve customs clearance efficiency, and effectively promote the substantial growth of second-hand car exports in Jining City.
