Cultivate automobile export advantage, policy in power

With the rapid growth of automobile export volume in our country, the situation of "difficult to obtain" of automobile transportation in many places is also occurring, which has affected the pace of our automobile going out.

At the same time, domestic auto brands often face higher costs when going overseas, and capital becomes a mountain in front of auto companies.

In this context, the Chinese government is trying to solve various problems faced by auto companies in order to promote the automobile industry to go overseas.

The General Office of the State Council recently issued 18 guidelines on promoting stable scale and excellent structure of foreign trade, including strengthening trade and promoting market expansion, stabilizing and expanding the import and export scale of key products, and increasing fiscal and financial support.

In terms of stabilizing and expanding the import and export scale of key products, the opinions are proposed to cultivate the advantages of automobile export. Local governments and business associations shall organize direct connection between automobile enterprises and shipping enterprises, and guide automobile enterprises and shipping enterprises to sign medium - and long-term agreements; Chinese banks and their overseas institutions are encouraged to innovate financial products and services to provide financial support for automobile enterprises overseas under the premise of legal compliance and controllable risks; Local governments shall further support automobile enterprises in establishing and improving international marketing service systems, and enhance their ability to carry out overseas brand publicity, display sales and after-sales service.

In addition, the government has repeatedly encouraged automobile export, including improving policies to expand the export of used cars, supporting the construction of international marketing networks, providing support in export incentives, tax cuts and other aspects, and optimizing the import and export process of automobile products.
