Continue to expand the scale to build the largest used commercial vehicle export base in China

Liangshan County makes full use of foreign economic and trade policies issued by the central government and provinces and cities, vigorously promotes the construction of used commercial vehicle export base, and strives to build the largest used commercial vehicle export base in China.

First, continue to expand export business. With the rapid development of second-hand commercial vehicle export business in Liangshan County, the export scope has radiated to more than 60 countries and regions in Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Snail Truck Network (Shandong) E-commerce Co., LTD., as a pilot enterprise of second-hand commercial vehicle export business, has exported more than 2000 second-hand commercial vehicles in total since the first batch of exports in July 2019. The export volume reached 16 million US dollars, ranking the first in the country, accounting for 90% of the province's exports of similar products, accounting for 70% of the country's exports of similar products, gradually forming a diversified market development pattern, has developed into the country's largest used commercial vehicle export base. Second, we will continue to improve the environment for development. The rational flow mechanism of talents and price risk early warning mechanism established by Liangshan County Special Vehicle Industry Association have effectively curbed disordered competition, low price dumping and other problems in violation of market rules, and created a good environment for foreign trade development. We have established a comprehensive inspection mechanism for used commercial vehicles for export, and achieved one qualified vehicle for export with a detection rate of 100%. We have never been notified or returned by foreign countries due to quality problems, which has a good social reputation. Third, we plan to build export bases. In order to further expand the export volume and better serve the international market, Liangshan County has invested 1 billion yuan to plan the construction of "China (Shandong) Commercial Second-hand Car Export Base", which is a major construction project in Shandong Province in 2020. At present, the base is under intense construction. After the completion of the base, it can realize the vehicle reconditioning capacity of 12,000 units, export 10,000 units and export 1 billion yuan annually, drive the export of 3,000 special vehicles and export 300 million yuan, and auto parts and parts 100 million yuan, fully equipped with the conditions to become the world's largest used commercial vehicle export and distribution center.
