First, re-export through the Eurasian Economic Union countries. Used car export enterprises will transport used cars to Khorgos, Alashankou port, or to Almaty, Bishkek and other places, after the cooperation of Russian dealers to take over, through Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus and other imports, and then re-exported to Russia. However, the Russian dealers will be the specific re-export method as a trade secret, and will not disclose the Chinese used car export enterprises. Therefore, this model is relatively common at present, and the vast majority of exporters are delivered to the designated bonded warehouse in Central Asia or simply choose port delivery is simpler.

Second, the use of cooperative dealers already have new car OTTC certification exported used cars. Since China has new models for sale in Russia, second-hand car export enterprises contact Russian dealers through OEC introductions and export second-hand cars of the same model using OTTC certificates.
