We will increase support for second-hand car export enterprises

In 2023, the Tax Bureau of Xi 'an International Port Zone of the State Administration of Taxation will seize the opportunity of Xi 'an as the first pilot area of second-hand car export business in the country, continuously increase support for second-hand car export enterprises, make every effort to cultivate new growth points of foreign trade, and help Shaanxi to open up to the outside world at a high level.
In January 2023, 17 departments including the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the Notice on Several Measures to Invigorate Automobile Circulation and Expand Automobile Consumption, proposing to support the large-scale development of second-hand car circulation and cancel unreasonable restrictions on the distribution of second-hand cars.
According to data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China's automobile exports exceeded 3 million in 2022, hitting a new high. Among them, new energy vehicles have become a new growth point. At the same time, with the in-depth promotion of the second-hand car export pilot, the future second-hand car export market has great potential.
Shen Jinjun, president of the China Automobile Circulation Association, said that the growth point of automobile consumption in the future is mainly on used cars, and the circulation of used cars will usher in greater space for development. He called on more enterprises to join the used car industry and jointly promote the healthy development of the used car market.
