Some enterprises, such as Henan Jinyou Industrial Co., LTD., have successfully exported a number of second-hand domestic new energy vehicles to the Belarus market by adopting the "export declaration in advance + customs transfer" model.

In the country, the export volume of complete vehicles in 2023 reached 4.91 million (excluding used cars), an increase of 57.9% year-on-year, ranking first in the world for the first time. This achievement is not only due to the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry, but also inseparable from the blowout development of the used car export industry. According to statistics, the scale of China's used car exports has maintained a rapid growth of about 350% for two consecutive years.

In order to promote the standardized development of second-hand car export, China has also issued the "Second-hand car export reconditioning Service Specification" group standard, filling the gap in domestic second-hand car reconditioning service standards. The implementation of the standard will help guide relevant enterprises to speed up the service process and improve the quality and efficiency of used car exports.
