Snail truck has been granted 13 national patents, including utility model and invention patents, which will greatly help improve production efficiency and upgrade the quality of remanufactured trucks.

In the sandblasting process, four utility model patent devices are shining: the multi-shape workpiece sandblasting machine is adapted to different parts of workpieces, the dust removal sandblasting mechanism purifies the working environment, and the multi-surface automatic sandblasting machine and automatic flipping sandblasting machine reduce manual operation, which greatly improves the efficiency and effect of sandblasting.

In the field of parts processing and assembly, four invention patents provide precise solutions: the automobile steel pipe derusting device efficiently removes rust, the sheet metal single-side spraying system ensures precise and uniform spraying, the drive shaft surface fine treatment system enhances the wear resistance and stability of the parts, and the steering rod joint dust cover assembly equipment realizes precise assembly, extending the service life of the parts.

In terms of auxiliary equipment and maintenance, three utility model patents are a great help: the parts grinding operation platform provides a stable working platform, the reciprocating rotating spraying device ensures uniform spraying of parts, and the engine case with an easy-to-disassemble and assemble shell saves time and labor for subsequent engine maintenance.
