As the special-purpose vehicle industry enters a crucial period of in-depth development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the Liangshan County Special-Purpose Vehicle Industry 2025 Annual Summary Conference and the 14th Five-Year Plan Deployment Meeting for All Member Representatives of the Automobile Industry Association were held on January 26, 2026, at the Huajin Hotel. The conference, themed "Uniting for a Shared Future, Intelligent Manufacturing Forward," systematically summarized the year's achievements and deployed future plans. Our group, as a core member of the association, participated deeply in the core sessions of the conference, injecting strong momentum into the regional industrial upgrading with practical achievements and innovative practices.

Deep Integration, Joint Development

During the closed-door meeting, He Zhaoguang, President of Guang'an Vehicle Linkage Group, participated in the review of the association's council work report, financial report, and personnel adjustment plan. He offered constructive suggestions on topics such as supply chain collaboration and the construction of the Youth Workers Committee, providing practical support for the association to accurately serve its member companies.

At the conference, our group, as a core enterprise, received several authoritative awards:

"Liangxin Alliance" Authorized Enterprise Plaque Award: Our subsidiary, Snail Truck Company, was awarded an exclusive plaque, highlighting its core position in supply chain collaboration.

Double Honors: "Association CCTV Broadcast Award" and "Enterprise with Revenue Exceeding 100 Million Yuan": Huatong Information Company, a subsidiary of the Group, won both the "Association CCTV Broadcast Award" and the "Liangshan County Automobile Industry Association 2025 Revenue Exceeding 100 Million Yuan Enterprise" award for its brand communication and performance breakthroughs.

"14th Five-Year Plan" Outstanding Team and Worker Recognition: The Group's Huatong Market Inspection Department was awarded the title of "Liangshan County Automobile Industry '14th Five-Year Plan' Outstanding Team"; Chen Lifang of Huaxin Testing Company, Wang Tongtong of Huatai Testing Company, Fu Qiuying of Woniu Truck Company, and Zhang Liangfu of Huatong Market Company were awarded the title of "Liangshan County Automobile Industry '14th Five-Year Plan' Outstanding Worker".

Responding to Planning and Deployment, Drawing a New Blueprint for Overseas Expansion: Based on the "15th Five-Year Plan", the Group will focus on promoting three core tasks:

1. Deepening the "Liangxin Alliance" collaborative mechanism and strengthening upstream and downstream cooperation in the industrial chain;

2. Responding to the "Enterprise Overseas Expansion Expressway" plan and improving the efficiency of cross-border logistics and overseas warehouse operations;

3. Building a legal compliance protection system and constructing a strong barrier against overseas risks.
